Your Appointment at ONDC
Welcome to ONDC! We’re here to provide you with the best possible care and support for your hearing needs.
If you have a written referral from your GP or Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist, please inform our staff when booking and bring the referral to your appointment.
For those seeking hearing rehabilitative services, please let our team know if you are a pensioner or veteran when you schedule your appointment.
If this is your first visit to ONDC, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes early to complete some initial paperwork.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible, with at least 48 hours’ notice being greatly appreciated.
For diagnostic services, please be aware that some tests may take up to 2.5 hours. Our staff will be happy to provide you with an estimated testing time when you make your appointment.
